Official Rules

1. TO ENTER: Complete the "Monthly Drawing" survey form on this web site, or mail a 3" X 5" postcard with your name, address, city, state, zip code and telephone number to "Exotic Burl monthly contest," c/o Mardena Blaney, Exotic Wood Services, Inc., 57304 Fat Elk Road, Coquille, Oregon 97423, which when received by the last day of the month, will be entered in the next monthly drawing. Limit one per person per month. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or unintelligible entries.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER: Entries received each month will be combined on the last day of the month and a random drawing will be held on or about the 5th of the following month. The drawing will be conducted by Exotic Burl whose decision is final in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by mail or by e-mail. Winner will be required to pay the cost of shipping and any necessary packaging materials.

3. PRIZES: Prizes will vary monthly and are described on this web site. No substitution or transfer of prizes except by sponsor in the event an advertised prize is not available.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age. Employees of Exotic Wood Services, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotion and public relations agencies and members of the immediate families of the above are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

5. GENERAL: Submitted materials become the sole property of sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Exotic Wood Services, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, sponsor will reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.

7. WINNERS LIST: Prize winners from previous month’s drawing will be posted on the Exotic Wood Services, Inc. web site. To receive a winner’s list by mail, you may send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Exotic Wood Services, Inc., 57304 Fat Elk Road, Coquille, Oregon 97423. When requesting winner’s list by mail, specify month requested.
